Rich & Humble

One of the true blessings in my life are the people who surround me; precious ones who are my mentors, my friends, my colleagues, and people I call family. Their love and support means the world to me! Many times, I have said that having the right people in your ‘front row’ is vital to your health, wealth, and personal success.

Recently, I began interviewing some of these amazing people for an upcoming podcast that will launch on 11/11! These people are some of the most successful, effective and dynamic humans on this planet. After each interview, I was deeply touched, almost to tears, because I felt so unbelievably grateful for their time and for their believing in my mission and me.

Through the years, I have learned so many lessons from these people.  The most incredible lesson of all is their humility and their gratitude for their lives.  Sadly, we sometimes see people who are powerful and wealthy, driven by ego and materialism, who believe they are above everyone else. By contrast, the remarkable people I interviewed are quick to offer great advice, are transparent about their mistakes, and are extremely generous with their time and money.  They also give you grace for your place in your journey.  When asked to be interviewed and to share the challenges they have experienced, each of these exemplary people, said yes without a second thought. Their only desire is to help others live their best lives, too.

As I continue to grow, both personally and professionally, I will always look to them, as my examples to stay grounded, be willing and available to offer help if I can, and pay forward the blessings they have bestowed on me.
